SayCool tablet has 7" capacitive display with multitouch

Saycool

Need a break from the deluge of Android tablets that have been marching across your computer screen lately?

Then take a look at this upcoming Windows XP slate from SayCool (whoever they are) that's got WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS, and a 7" multitouch-infused capacitive display. The rendering looks like just about every other tablet-style MID coming out of China and it remains to be seen how useful multitouch can be on XP, but the manufacturers say (in translation-ese) that users can zoom in, out, up, and around photos/websites and even compare the experience to that of the iPhone.

The 12.3-ounce unnamed device is said to be headed for a mid-April release, when those buying one will be able to take out their rulers and confirm that the stated 5.9" x 3.7" x 0.9" dimensions aren't quite right. No word on CPU, RAM, or storage capacity at the moment, but let's wait and see what the price is before trying to find out.
