No new or refreshed Sony mylo at CES 2009

Although the recent $100 price drop of the Sony mylo 2 (COM-2) suggested that a mylo 3 was in the works and could possibly be unveiled at CES, the small area in the back of the Sony booth where two COM-2s were set up this afternoon makes a refresh very unlikely. Whether the company just wanted all of the ultraportable hype at CES to be about the Vaio P500 and will actually release a COM-3 later this year is anyone's guess.

I'd rather see an Intel-based Sony MID or a new UX first, though.
