Availability, as you can see above, is listed as "ordered on request" but UMPCPortal captured a screenshot on the retailer's UK site that showed the in-stock date as September 17. The current $685 asking price is lower than previously official info and considering all that you're getting in the Centrino Atom (oops, I mean regular Atom) device, it's an incredibly sweet deal.
