Inventec UMPC 7-A and 5-D under glass at CeBIT

Though solid details and additional information are still unknown, the Inventec UMPC 7-A and 5-D that first gained attention after winning iF design awards a few months ago are back in the spotlight this week at CeBIT 2008 in Germany.

The curvaceous 7-A (below) and modular 5-D (right) are both in attendance at the show but their agent wasn't allowing them to give interviews when UMPCPortal and jkkmobile dropped by yesterday. So the guys had to settle for a trade show classic instead: under-glass photography. Check out the shoot at the Inventec gallery.

Both units look pretty much exactly as they did in the renderings.

Yes, the CeBIT in Hannover, Germany is a really exciting exhibition! But what a shame, that I live in south Germany and Hannover is in north Germany...
