Mobile Internet Device video at Intel booth
I recorded some of the video looping above the MID showcase at the Intel booth. I wasn't able to get the whole thing because someone stepped in front of me (you'll see this below), but it's still a nice consumer-focused presentation featuring mostly non-existent concept MIDs being used by smiling people engaged in everyday activities.

This is SOOOOOOO similar to the video used to roll out UMPCs two years ago. Same usage image of the 20something syncing data running downstairs and jumping into the back seat of his friend's rag-top. Interesting to see that the vision is the same even if the umpc didn't hit the mark.

Am I the only one who wants to get away from the stylus? My new N810 is great, but there shouldn't be aspects of the UI that require the stylus, you can't flow quickly from finger to stylus input at the same time its stupid to thing that half of the UI is great for just finger touching but parts of it have things so small that you'd never be able to hit them without a stylus. Honestly, who enjoys using a stylus?
