WildCharger will charge gadgets wirelessly

Wildcharger

It isn't clear yet exactly how the technology will work, but WildCharge Inc. (the self-professed "leader in wire-free electric power delivery") is on track to release its revolutionary WildCharger charging mat on July 7th, presumably the luckiest day of the millennium. The AC-powered WildCharger is some sort of thin pad that can fully charge multiple devices, even those with different voltage requirements, immediately and wirelessly . . . provided, of course, that each device is wearing its WildCharge adapter.

I don't really get it. There are obviously fewer wires involved and the results are supposedly instant (I have a hard time believing that adapter-outfitted devices "immediately receive full power" when placed on the WildCharger), but isn't keeping track of, storing, and attaching a bunch of adapters the same thing as keeping track of, storing, and plugging in a bunch of power cords?

Until gadgets have WildCharge technology built into them, I think I'll stick with something like the PowerSquid.
