iChat Portable or iPhone?

TechEBlog has just posted a couple of "leaked" photos of the iChat Portable, which they say will feature a slide-out keyboard, custom OS, flash memory (4GB/8GB), and touch screen. With Macworld coming up fast and specs we've heard before, could this really be the long-awaited iPhone?
