Samsung officially acknowledges Q1P

Did you know that the Samsung Q1 UMPC has been the oldest member in a family of four for about three months already? I don't want to start any rumors, but I think there may have been some squabbling over illegitimacy because the Via-based Q1b, Pentium-based Q1P, and international NAND-toting Q1-SSD have never appeared alongside the Celeron-based Q1 on Papa Samsung's website.

Until now.

The Q1P has finally got its very own product page, complete with specs and everything. The Q1b is listed on the drop-down "Select Model" menu, but selecting it just throws back a "Page Not Found" error. Not to worry though, as both models can be yours through online shops like CDW ($799 for Q1b, $1150 for Q1P). The Q1-SSD may never see a U.S. release so its absence from the family tree is understandable; however, you can still pick one up at eXpansys ($2700) or ICUBE ($2800).
